By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

02Who we are

andrademkt is a technology studio based in Campinas – SP, Brazil, that builds AI-powered infoapps and made-to-measure SaaS to improve lives in health, education, and wellbeing.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

04Our services

We design, develop, deliver, and support software products, including custom applications and SaaS platforms. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement between you and andrademkt. Where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails for that project.

05Accounts and your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Keep any account credentials confidential and secure.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security issue.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt them.
• Upload malware or attempt to reverse-engineer our products, except as permitted by law.
• Resell or misrepresent our services without written permission.

07Intellectual property

Our website, brand, and underlying technology are owned by andrademkt and protected by law. Ownership of custom deliverables created for a client is defined in the applicable project agreement. Unless stated otherwise there, andrademkt retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how.

08Payments

Where a project or product involves payment, prices, currency, schedule, and method are set out in your proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments may result in suspension of work or services.

09Refunds and guarantee

We stand behind our work with a money-back promise. The conditions and process are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is agreed in writing.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, andrademkt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

12Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the services in a way that could harm us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of the District of Campinas, State of São Paulo, unless the applicable law requires otherwise.
