Transparency is one of our core values. If our work doesn't deliver what we agreed, you're entitled to a refund — no fine print, no games.

This Refund Policy explains how our money-back guarantee works, who is eligible, and how to request a refund. It applies to purchases made directly from andrademkt and forms part of our Terms of Use.

01Our money-back guarantee

We want you to be genuinely satisfied. If a product or service we deliver does not match what was agreed, or fails to work as described, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

02Eligibility

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery or of the payment date, whichever applies to your purchase.
  • The issue relates to what andrademkt agreed to deliver — not to changes in scope requested after delivery.
  • You give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem first, where a fix is possible.

Because Brazilian consumer law (CDC) grants a 7-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online, any legal rights you have as a consumer always apply in addition to this policy.

03How to request a refund

Send an email to igormktt4@gmail.com with:

  • Your name and the email used for the purchase.
  • The product or service and its purchase date.
  • A short description of why you're requesting a refund.

04Review and timeframe

We review every request individually and respond within up to 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund is processed promptly using the original payment method.

05How refunds are issued

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted where permitted by law.

06Exceptions

Refunds may not apply to:

  • Custom work already delivered and accepted, beyond the eligibility window.
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. licenses, ad spend).
  • Requests based on a change of mind about agreed scope after delivery.

These exceptions never override rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
